How to Deactivate a User
Deactivating a user is a simple process that ensures that they no longer have access to the system. Follow these steps to deactivate a user:

Go to the Settings Page:
Navigate to the Settings page from your dashboard.
2. Access the Users Tab:
On the Settings page, find and click on the Users tab.
3. Open User Options:
In the Users tab, locate the user you want to deactivate.
Click on the options icon (usually represented by three dots) on the right side of the user’s name.
4. Select 'Mark as Inactive':
From the dropdown menu, select the option labeled 'Mark as Inactive.'
5. Confirm Deactivation:
A dialog box will pop up asking for confirmation.
Click on 'Deactivate' to confirm and complete the process.
