Setting up Filters in Sales Analytics

Applying filters in Sales Analytics helps you streamline your view to focus on the data that matters most to you. Here’s how to set up filters to narrow down your analytics view.

Step 1: Go to Sales Analytics

Begin by accessing the Sales Analytics section, where you can manage and view all your sales data.

  1. Navigate to Sales Analytics: Find and click on the 'Sales Analytics' option on your dashboard. This could be located in the main menu, a sidebar, or under an 'Analytics' or 'Reports' section.

Step 2: Filter By

Next, use the filtering options to refine the sales analytics displayed.

  1. Locate 'Filter By': In the Sales Analytics dashboard, find the 'Filter By' option. This is a drop-down menu on the right side of the interface.

Step 3: Choose All Analytics, Shared, or Shared with Me

Select the filter that best fits the data you wish to view.

  1. Select Your Filter:

    • All Analytics: Choose this option to view all available analytics without any restrictions.

    • Shared: Select this if you want to see analytics that have been shared by others within your organization.

    • Shared with Me: Use this filter to view analytics specifically shared with you by your colleagues.

By setting up these filters, you can customize your view in Sales Analytics to focus on the information that is most relevant to your needs. This helps you efficiently analyze the data and make informed decisions based on the filtered views.
