Setting up a Sales Configuration in Revlitix allows you to map users to specific metrics, enabling accurate performance tracking for your sales team.
Follow the steps below to create a Sales Configuration:
Step 1: Access the Sales Configurations
Log in to your Revlitix account.
Navigate to the Settings module from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Sales Config tab.
Step 2: Preview Section
You'll see a list of users with details like Username, Email, Department, Profile, and Team.
Select the checkboxes next to the users you want to include in this configuration.
Click Next to proceed to the User Mapping section.
Step 3: User Mapping
Map each selected user to the relevant objects and details.
Note: A user can be associated with multiple objects.
To remove a mapping, click the Reset button.
Once mappings are complete, click Next to proceed to Metric Selection.
Step 4: Metric Selection
This section is divided into two parts: AE Rep Metric and SDR Rep Metric.
1. AE Rep Metric
Map fields such as Channel, Object, and Metrics to the corresponding Revlitix fields.
Ensure that each mandatory Revlitix field is mapped to a Salesforce field.
For standard fields, select the appropriate date.
To update a mapping, click the Refresh icon next to the field.
To remove a field, click the Delete button.
To add new metrics, click Add Metric.
After completing the mappings, click Save and Next.
2. SDR Rep Metric
Similarly, map the Channel, Object, and relevant Metrics to the corresponding Revlitix fields.
Click Add Metric to include additional metrics.
Use the Refresh icon to update values in the metric and object fields.
To remove a field, click the Delete button.
Once done, click Save to return to the Preview page, indicating the completion of the Sales Configuration setup.
