Step 1: Begin the Integration Process

  • Action: In Revlitix, navigate to the Integrations module.

  • Select: Click on Hubspot Marketing under the Available Integrations section.

Step 2: Instigate Integration

  • Launch: Click the 'Get Started' button to initiate the integration with Revlitix.

Step 4: Hubspot Account Credentials

  • Login Requirement: Provide your Hubspot Marketing login credentials.

Step 5: Connecting Data

  • System Connection: The system will start linking Hubspot Marketing data with Revlitix.

  • Account Selection: If multiple accounts exist, click 'choose account'. The system will proceed automatically for a single account.

Step 6: Basic Information Details

  • Input Connection Name: In the Basic Info tab, enter a name for the connection.

  • Proceed: Click 'Save & Next'.

Step 7: Field Mapping

  • Mapping: Map Contact Fields to Contact Properties as indicated. This process also applies to Deal and Company properties.

  • Mandatory Fields: Ensure all starred values are filled in during mapping.

  • Field Search and Mapping: Locate your field names and align them with corresponding fields in Revlitix, using previews for accuracy.

Step 8: Report Selection

  • Choose Reports: Review and select or deselect the reports you want to populate after integration.
