Steps for Stock Removal
Navigate to: Products & Inventory > Remove Stock > New Remove Stock.
Fill in the following details:
Location: Select the branch where quantities will be removed.
Notes (Optional): Add remarks, such as the reason for stock removal.
Product: Search for the product by name or SKU and add it to the order.
Product Types
Simple Product or Weighted Product: Select the name or SKU.
Variable product: Choose the SKU of the specific type.
Pack product: Select the SKU for the unit or pack. Changes to unit quantity affect the pack, and vice versa.
Tracked product: Select the SKU. Upon completion, the system will prompt you to input tracking details (batch number or serial number).
Enter the following:
Remove Cost (Tax Exclusive): Enter the cost per unit in SAR.
Tax Code: Select the applicable tax code.
Remove Quantity: Specify the amount to be removed.
Click Complet. Quantities will be directly deducted from the inventory.
⚠️ Ensure all details are correct before submitting. Stock removal cannot be edited after completion.
Tracked Products
Serial Number: Enter the serial number(s) to be removed. Click Save to finalize.
Batch Number: Specify the batch number and quantity to be removed. Click Save to finalize.
