The Rewaa Platform allows you to fully manage customer data, including updating names, contact details, addresses, and more. You can also access invoices, receive due payments, and export the customer list. To ensure proper customer management, user permissions can be configured to control access to customer data. Below are the available options for managing customers.
Editing Customer Information
Navigate to:
Sales & Customers > Customers.
Search for the customer by name, code, or phone number.
Once the customer appears in the list, click the ⚙️ icon and select Edit.
Modify any customer details except the customer code.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Receiving Debit Payments
To receive payments from a customer:
Click the ⚙️ icon and select Receive Debit Payment.

Exporting Customer List to Excel
You can export all customer data into an Excel file for backup or analysis.
Navigate to:
Sales & Customers > Customers.Click Export, and the file will download to your device.
Viewing Customer Invoices
Rewaa allows you to access and view all invoices for a specific customer.
Navigate to:
Sales & Customers > Customers.Search for the customer by name, code, or phone number. Click the customer code.
Click: Customer Invoices.
ℹ️ If the Accounting app is installed, the Account Statement option will also appear.
Use the filter fields at the top to sort invoices by criteria such as payment method or due status.
To export customer invoices as an Excel file, click Export all.
Deleting a Customer
You can delete a customer under certain conditions:
The customer must not have debit balances.
Navigate to:
Sales & Customers > Customers.Search for the customer by name, code, or phone number.
Click the ⚙️ icon and select Delete.
⚠️ If there is an outstanding balance, an alert will appear:
“This customer can’t be deleted (has a debit amount)”.
Resolve the balance to proceed.
User Permissions for Customer Data
To control user access to customer data:
Navigate to:
Settings > Users > ⚙️> Edit User.
Go to User Permissions, enable the Custom option, and expand the section for Sales Invoices, Online Store (eCommerce orders), and Customers.
Activate the appropriate permissions for each user based on their role.
Click Save Custom User.
