Customer Debit Lifetime

The Customer Debit Lifetime is an account statement for your customers on Rewaa. It details all transactions between you and your customers, allowing you to track payment dates and outstanding amounts for specific time periods.

Accessing the Report

  1. Navigate to: Reports > Sales > Customer Debit Lifetime.

  2. Click on the report to view its details.

You can search for a customer's payments using:

  • Customer Name

  • Customer's Tax Number

Report Overview

The report is divided into two sections:

  1. Payment Summary: Summarizes payments based on the time period or filters applied.

  2. Customer Payments by Period: Provides detailed payment history for the specified period.

Key Details in the Report:

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Tax Number

  • Sales (Tax Inclusive)

  • Paid Amount

  • Unpaid Amount

  • Aging of Unpaid Amounts:

    • Amount due within 1-15 days

    • Amount due within 16-30 days

    • Amount due within 31-60 days

    • Amount due within 61-90 days

    • Amount due for more than 90 days

ℹ️ Note: All amounts in this report include applicable taxes.

Exporting the Report

To export the report:

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page.

  2. Select xlsx to download the file as an Excel document.

  3. The file will download to your device.


FAQ

  1. How can I find invoices that a customer hasn’t paid?

  • Navigate to Sales & Customers > Customers.

  • Search for the customer’s name.

  • Click on the settings icon (⚙️) and select Receive Debit.

  • A list of unpaid invoices will appear, showing the invoice amount, amount paid, and outstanding balance. For more details on receiving payments, click here.

2. Can I control user access to this report?

  • Yes. Go to Settings > Users > ⚙️> Edit User.

  • Under User Permissions, navigate to Reports > Report List > Enable Read.

  • Navigate to Sales Reports > Customer Debit Lifetime > Enable the appropriate permissions for the user.

  • Click Save Custom User to apply the changes.
