If we find that an item you ordered is out of stock, here’s what will happen:
We’ll contact you immediately to inform you about your order status.
Then one of the following options will be offered:
We’ll suggest a similar item (same category, size or colour) that can be shipped right away.
If you prefer, we’ll issue a store credit for the amount paid so you can choose something else at your convenience.
If neither option suits you, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You won’t be charged any extra fees for the out-of-stock situation. The replacement or refund will be processed as soon as possible.
