Extended Holiday Returns
All orders placed between Black Friday and January 15th are covered by our extended holiday return policy. This extended window gives you more time after the holidays to check size, fit and feel, and decide if you want to keep your items.
If your order was placed during this period and the return portal does not allow you to register a return, please contact us by email with your order number and the items you want to send back.
Our support team will review your case, manually create the return and guide you through the next steps so that your return is processed correctly.
