I entered the wrong shipping address
It happens. Here's what you can do depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process.
The order hasn't shipped yet
Contact us right away at info@reyrr.se or via live chat. Provide your order number and the correct address, and we'll update it before the package ships.
The order has already shipped
Once the carrier has picked up the package, we can't change the address. Depending on the carrier, you may be able to redirect it yourself:
PostNord: Use the PostNord app or website to request a redirect.
FedEx: Use the FedEx website or app to request a delivery change.
UPS: Use UPS My Choice to redirect your package.
If the package is delivered to the wrong address
Contact us at info@reyrr.se and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If the package can't be recovered, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Tip: Double-check your address at checkout, especially apartment number, floor, and postcode.
