My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it
We understand how frustrating that is. Here are the key steps to check before reaching out to us.
Step 1: Check around your delivery location
Look at the front door, in the mailbox, behind bins, or with neighbours. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe spot.
Step 2: Check with others at your address
A family member, flatmate, or building manager may have accepted the package.
Step 3: Check the carrier's tracking details
The tracking page often has delivery notes like "Left at front door" or "Delivered to neighbour." That can help you locate it.
Step 4: Wait 24 hours
Sometimes a package is scanned as delivered just before the actual drop-off.
Still can't find it?
Contact us at info@reyrr.se with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Tip: If you live in an apartment building, check with your building manager. Packages are sometimes left in a shared space.
