No worries, this is completely normal! If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses or packed separately for safety.
Common reasons for split shipments
Items are stored in different locations (we ship from warehouses in Sweden and Finland).
One or more items were temporarily out of stock and shipped later.
Larger items (like helmets or shoulder pads) are shipped separately from smaller accessories.
How to check
Log in to your account and view your order. You'll see individual tracking numbers for each shipment. Your shipping confirmation email may also list multiple tracking numbers.
Missing an item after all packages have arrived?
If your order status shows "Delivered" for all shipments but something is missing, contact us at info@reyrr.com with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.
