Starting a return takes just a few minutes through our return portal. No need to email us first — you can do it all online.

How to start your return

  1. Enter your email address and order number to find your order

  2. Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason

  3. Choose your shipping method — prepaid label or book your own shipment

  4. If you chose a prepaid label, print it and attach it to your package

  5. Drop off your package at the carrier's drop-off point

💡 Tip: The return portal is available in 7 languages: English, Svenska, Norsk, Dansk, Deutsch, Español, and Suomi.

Where do I send my return?

Your return destination depends on your location:

  • Spain: Returns are sent to our warehouse in Barcelona

  • All other markets: Returns are sent to our warehouse in Sweden

The return portal will automatically show you the correct address and shipping options for your market — you don't need to figure this out yourself.

Shipping options and costs

You'll see the available options and costs for your market when you start the return process. In short:

  • Sweden: PostNord prepaid label (79 SEK) or book your own (free)

  • Norway: Prepaid label (193 NOK) or book your own (free)

  • EU/EEA (incl. Spain): Prepaid label (12 EUR) or book your own (free)

If you choose the prepaid label, the cost is deducted from your refund — you don't pay upfront.

How to pack your return

  • Use the original packaging if possible

  • Make sure all tags and labels are still attached

  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels

  • Include all accessories and parts that came with the product

International returns

If you're returning from outside Sweden, Norway, or the EU, please contact us before returning your item. Additional customs fees may apply to return shipments, and we'll help you find the best way to send it back.

⚠️ Important: Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return until your refund has been processed. If you book your own shipment, always use a trackable service.

What happens after I ship my return?

Once we receive your package at our warehouse, we'll inspect the item and process your refund. This typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive it. You'll get an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
