Most items at Reyrr Athletics can be returned within our standard return window. However, some items have restrictions due to safety, hygiene, or product regulations.
Items that cannot be returned
Custom or personalized items (engraved, embroidered, or made-to-order)
Clearance or final sale items
Items without original tags or packaging
Protective gear that has been worn or used
Digital products or downloads
Items purchased more than 60 days ago
⚠️ Warning: Protective equipment (helmets, pads, etc.) cannot be returned if worn. These items cannot be resold for safety reasons.
Damaged or defective items
Even if an item would normally be non-returnable, we will accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our article on damaged items for more details.
