What if my item is damaged, incorrect, or defective?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you.

What qualifies as damaged

  • Tears, rips, or broken seams in fabric or materials

  • Broken zippers, snaps, or fasteners

  • Cracked or shattered hard goods (helmets, equipment frames, etc.)

  • Missing hardware or components

  • Water damage or staining from manufacturing

What qualifies as defective

  • Stitching that comes apart under normal use

  • Materials that tear or wear prematurely

  • Hardware that fails within the warranty period

  • Electronics or components that don't function as intended

  • Manufacturing flaws not visible upon initial inspection

💡 Tip: Document damage with photos. Send clear images of the damaged area when contacting us. This helps us process your claim faster.

Incorrect item received

If we sent you the wrong size, color, or product, we'll issue a full refund and send the correct item at no charge. We'll also provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Time-Sensitive: Report damage or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, we may not be able to process your claim.

How to file a claim

Contact our support team with your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. We'll review your claim and get back to you within 2 business days.
