Using a discount code
Got a discount code? Here's how to apply it and what to do if it's not working.
Where to enter your code
Add your items to the cart and proceed to Checkout.
On the checkout page, look for the "Discount code" or "Promo code" field. It's usually on the right side (desktop) or below the order summary (mobile).
Type or paste your code and click Apply. The discount should appear in your order total immediately.
My code isn't working
A few common reasons:
Expired. Most codes have an expiry date. Check if yours is still valid.
Minimum order value. Some codes only work on orders above a certain amount.
Product exclusions. Certain products or brands may be excluded from promotions.
One-time use. If you've used the code before, it may not work again.
Typo. Double-check for extra spaces or wrong characters. Codes are usually not case-sensitive.
Can I combine codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, use the one that gives you the best deal.
