Ordering from multiple warehouses
Reyrr Athletics ships from two locations: our main warehouse in Sweden and our European warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. Here's how it works when your order includes products from both.
Can I combine products from both warehouses?
Yes. You can add any product to your cart regardless of which warehouse it ships from. Our system handles the rest at checkout.
How does shipping work?
If your order contains products from both warehouses, it will be split into two separate shipments. Each ships from its respective warehouse and may arrive on different days. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each.
Does it cost more?
Shipping is calculated per shipment, so a split order may cost more than a single-warehouse order. The exact cost depends on your location, the size of the items, and the shipping method you choose.
How do I know where a product ships from?
Product pages on our website indicate which warehouse the item ships from. If you're not sure, contact us at info@reyrr.se before ordering and we'll let you know.
Can I avoid a split shipment?
If you'd prefer everything to arrive together, you can place two separate orders and time them so the deliveries align. Or contact us. In some cases we can transfer stock between warehouses, though this may add a few days to processing time.
