You can terminate your rental contract after one full year of tenancy (12 months).
To end your rental agreement, submit your cancellation through the To Be At App under:
Move & Manage → Rental cancellation.
We can only accept terminations submitted through the App. You will receive a confirmation within 5 working days.

Notice period
The notice period is one full calendar month.
This means your cancellation always takes effect on the 1st day of the next month, regardless of the date on which you submit your request.
Example:
If you submit your cancellation anytime in December, your rental agreement will end on 1 February, because January becomes your one full notice month.
This applies even if you submit your cancellation on 1 December or 28 December — the end date remains 1 February.
Until when can I terminate if I want to move out in a specific month?
To move out on the 1st of a specific month, your cancellation must be submitted no later than the last day of the month before the notice period begins.
Using the same example:
If you want to move out on 1 February,
You must submit your cancellation no later than 31 December,
Because January then becomes your full notice month.
Logic overview:
Submit in December → notice month = January → move-out = 1 February
Submit in January → notice month = February → move-out = 1 March
