Completing a Profile
After inviting a candidate to your organization in RiseKit, they will receive an invitation via email and/or text message with a direct link to enter the RiseKit platform and begin the onboarding process.
They will be greeted by a screen that looks like this:
Next, they will be taken through a series of steps to collect basic information like contact info, birthdate, location, as well as information about their background and experience. This information is never accessible or shared with anyone outside of RiseKit and your organization.
Once they complete their profile, they will be greeted with a confirmation message prompting them to add their goals.
Adding Goals
Adding goals to their account, allows you and your team to organize participants and understand precisely what they are wanting to accomplish as part of your program. It also allows you to define and efficiently work towards overcome barriers that stand in the way of these goals.
Your participant will again be walked through a series of questions about the challenges they are currently experiencing and what they'd like to accomplish.
Next steps will be determined by the goals they set. Moving forward they will be taken through a small handful of questions that help your team and our software better tailor their experience towards what's most important to them and their wellbeing.
Upon completing their goals, the participant will be greeted by a confirmation message and prompted to add a resume. This will empower them to explore jobs on the RiseKit Network self-sufficiently and submit applications.
Uploading a Resume
RiseKit makes it easier than ever for participants to add or build a resume. When they start this process, participants will be greeted with two options:
Upload an existing resume (from files stored on their device)
Start a new one from scratch
Starting a resume from scratch will launch RiseKit's Resume Builder -- an AI assisted process that collects information about their skills, employment history, and experience to produce a professional document.
They will walked through a series of questions that, based on their answers, will generate a variety of experiences and skills associated with the roles they've held to be added to their resume.
On the last step, once they click Add to Resume, they will be taken to a screen to add more experiences (minimum of two) and skills (minimum of five) to fulfill basic industry standards. They can also add details on their educational history and any training certifications they've earned.
When these minimums are met, their resume will be automatically added to their profile and will be able to explore and apply to job opportunities on RiseKit.
They'll also be able to download their newly-minted resume and revisit this screen anytime to edit their information or add more.
Now that they have completed the onboarding process, the Home screen will house all their details, a clear confirmation of their goals, as well as tasks that keep them moving forward.
