1. Login to your RiseKit account at Staff Portal.
2. Move your mouse toward the left-hand menu.
3. Click on Participants and find the candidate whose profile you'd like to edit using the search and filter options at the top.
4. Click on the participant's name to show a slide window with "Quick Manage" options. From here, click User Details.
5. A new window will appear showing you the participant's current profile information.
Basic Information: personal details, contact information, education level, military history, barriers, and immediate needs.
Career Information: Employment status, industry experience, and skills
Additional User Information: Family contact information, justice system details and statuses, social security number.
6. Find the section you'd like to edit, and click Edit.
7. Add/edit the desired information and click Save Changes.
Adding & Editing the Participant's Resume
Please Note: You will only be able to access the Resume Manager if you are the participant's assigned support staff.
1. Under the same "Quick Manage" options from above, you will see a tile for Files and Resume Manager.
Files: Upload an existing resume file to the participant's profile.
Resume Manager: Build a new resume from scratch using RiseKit's Resume Builder and make edits to or download an existing resume on file.
2. To upload an existing resume file, click Files, then Upload File. Click Upload file to select a local file from your device and choose a file type and name. When you are finished, click Submit to add the file as your participant's resume.
3. To start a new resume from scratch using RiseKit's Resume Builder, click the Resume Manager from the "Quick Manage" tiles. Click +Build New Resume to start the Resume Builder workflow and follow the steps as it walks you through adding experiences and skills for your participant.
4. Once finished, the resume and its elements will be accessible to edit under the Resume Manager screen.
Note: If the participant already has a resume in RiseKit, uploading a new resume or creating one through RiseKit's Resume Builder will replace it.
