How to Share a Survey

RiseKit surveys allow you to streamline the intake process and gather critical information/data from those engaged in your programming.

Have you created a survey? If not, check out how to create your first survey first by reading How to Create a Survey.

1. Login to your RiseKit account at Staff Portal.

2. Move your mouse toward the left-hand menu.

3. Click Surveys.

4. Click the survey you'd like to share, navigate to Actions, and click Send to Participants, if you would like to send to individuals or click Send to Groups, if you'd like to send it to groups of participants you've created.


5. Select the participants or groups to which you'd like send the survey.

6. Click Send Survey.

9. Your participant(s) will receive a text and/or email notification to complete the survey.

10. After they click on the link, they will be taken to the RiseKit app and prompted to complete the survey.
