To learn about assigning participants to staff members, please read
1. Login to your RiseKit account at Staff Portal.
2. Move your mouse toward the left-hand menu.
3. Click Participants.
4. Find the participant for which you'd like to edit staff assignments using the search and filter options at the top.
To Remove a Staff Assignment
1. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the participant's row and click Unassign staff.
2. Confirm that you want to remove the staff assignment associated with the participant and click Apply Actions.
To Edit a Staff Assignment
1. Repeat the above steps to find the participant for which you'd like to edit staff assignments using the search and filter options at the top.
2. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the participant's row and click Modify User.
Pro tip: To edit multiple assignments under a Group, you may select multiple candidates and click Bulk Actions > User Profile to bring up and edit any group assignments.
3. A window will appear with any current staff assignments under Assign to staff. From here, you may remove currently assigned staff members and/or add new ones to the participant(s) you selected.
4. When you're done, click Apply Actions.
