LivePHA Platform

Grid View vs. Tree View

Within LivePHA, you can view your data in a Grid View or Tree View layout.

Grid View layout presents PHA data in a traditional, desktop browser friendly format. Specific node/s can be expanded to view all the corresponding PHA information contained within them.

Tree View layout presents PHA data in a mobile browser friendly format and allows you to view a PHA scenario in its entirety.

You can toggle between the two layouts at any point by clicking on the left-side banner.

Searching

LivePHA enables you to find what you're looking for in your PHA data quickly and efficiently. Simply type in a keyword or a tag number in the "Search" field at the top right hand corner (in Grid View or Tree View) and hit the "magnifying glass" icon.

The relevant sections of the PHA are automatically expanded and search results are presented with your desired keyword or tag number highlighted, making it easier to find the information you're searching for.

Filtering

To help you quickly find the process safety information that interests you, LivePHA also has a built-in filtering function. Click on the search icon in the top right corner to open a drawer window containing drop-down boxes for risk ranking values. Once you have selected the desired risk ranking information, click on "Apply" to filter the data. Click the "Reset" button to erase the selected content within the drop-down boxes. Please note that clicking on the "x" button on the top right will not reset the filters.

The webpage link will dynamically update based on the filter applied to the data. If the filtered content changes, then the link will also change. This will allow you to share the chosen data with your team without the need for everyone to apply the same filter and find the same risk scenarios.

Hide or Unhide Data Columns

We understand that not everyone needs to see every single one of the 34 default data columns at all times. To help you focus your attention to the data columns that are useful to you, LivePHA has a built-in hide or unhide function for data columns. To find this feature, click on the gear icon in the left-side menu panel to open the Settings window. In the Settings panel, you can select or unselect columns. Selected columns (with the check box filled) will be visible for viewing, and unselected columns (with the check box empty) will be hidden. To unhide a hidden column, simply return to the Settings Window and click the check box next to the column name.

The changed settings is project specific and will remain even if you leave the page and return at a later time. If you would like to see the same columns hidden or unhidden in other projects, this process should be repeated for those projects.
