This guide outlines the steps to post a job and receive immediate interest from suitable drivers.
Create Your Company Account
The process begins on our platform at app.roadninja.co.nz. If you do not yet have an account, you can register your company there. During setup, you will complete a profile that captures your company's general requirements, such as necessary driver licence classes, endorsements, typical job types, and operational locations.
Define the Specifics of Your Job
From your dashboard, you can create a new job posting. You will be prompted to provide the specific details for the assignment, including a job title, a clear description of the tasks, the vehicle type, the required dates and times, and the work location. At this stage, you will also confirm the necessary driver licence class and endorsements for this particular job.
Broadcast the Job to Qualified Drivers
After defining the job requirements, you can broadcast the request. Our system automatically filters and sends the job announcement to all matching drivers in the area who meet your criteria. These drivers receive an instant notification, allowing them to respond quickly.
Review Profiles of Interested Drivers
As drivers accept your job request, their profiles will appear on your dashboard for review. This allows you to consider multiple qualified candidates rather than just one. Each driver's profile provides comprehensive details, including their work experience, ratings from previous jobs, and verified licence and endorsement information.
Select and Confirm Your Driver
Once you have reviewed the candidates, you can select and approve your preferred driver. At this point, you will be prompted to pay the one-time booking fee to finalize the assignment. The driver is then officially confirmed for your job
