Why Do You Need to Update Your Licence Details?
To drive on Road Ninja, you must have a current and valid New Zealand driver’s licence (and applicable endorsements, if required) that meets legal requirements for any job on the platform.
Whenever you renew, replace, or update your licence, you’re required to update your licence details in the Road Ninja app. Failure to do so will make your profile invisible to transport companies, which limits your opportunities.
How to Update Your Licence Details
Tap on the Profile tab.
Select Specifications and tap on Update licence.
Tap the X button on the current photos and confirm by selecting Yes on the pop-up.
Tap Add photos of licence to upload clear images of your updated licence.
Enter your new licence version number.
Check all applicable Licence Classes and Endorsements to ensure your profile reflects your qualifications.
Tap Save to update your profile.
Tips for Uploading Licence Photos
Ensure the images are clear and legible.
Avoid glare, shadows, or overly dark/bright images.
