Every booking made through Road Ninja is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees or additional charges added after your booking is confirmed.
Driver Vetting
Every driver on the Road Ninja platform is vetted before they can accept a job. This includes a licence check directly with the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) and a background check through the Ministry of Justice.
Driver matching
When you post an assignment, Road Ninja notifies qualified drivers who match your requirements. Candidates are filtered by criteria such as licence class, endorsements, location, and any other conditions you've specified for the job.
Real-time visibility and control
You can monitor job acceptances as they happen. Before confirming a driver, you can review the profiles of everyone who has expressed interest in the assignment and choose who to go with.
Digital independent contractor agreement (ICA)
Every assignment booked through Road Ninja is formalised with a digital Independent Contractor Agreement. This sets out the terms and conditions of the job. A copy is automatically issued to both parties and stored securely for your records.
Integrated Messaging
Road Ninja includes a direct messaging feature so you can communicate with your assigned driver through the platform, covering instructions, questions, and updates on the job.
