Once you’ve paid drivers for a job in Road Ninja, you can easily filter and view your paid invoices. Here’s how:
Log in to your Road Ninja account.
Navigate to Jobs from the sidebar menu.
Use the filters to narrow down your results by:
Date range
Job status
Region
Driver
Vehicle
View the filtered list of invoices for the selected criteria.
Need to download multiple invoices at once? Follow these steps to bulk export your paid invoices:
Click the ‘Download Paid Invoices’ button.
The invoices will be exported as a .zip file.
Open the .zip file to access a folder containing all your downloaded invoices.
