Road Ninja allows drivers and transport companies to rate and review each other after a job is completed. These reviews are essential for building trust on the platform.
For drivers, your public profile displays your average star rating and written reviews. Transport companies rely on this feedback when deciding who to book. A strong history of positive reviews increases your chances of securing high-quality job offers.
Note: To ensure transparency and reliability, reviews cannot be changed or deleted once submitted.
How reviews work
Your profile showcases reviews from two sources:
Road Ninja jobs: After completing a job on the platform, the booking company can leave a rating and review based on your performance. You also have the opportunity to review them.
Past Employers (references): You can request ratings from companies you have worked with outside of Road Ninja. These "Reference Reviews" are added to your profile to help you build credibility faster.
All ratings are averaged to create your overall star score (out of 5).
How to leave a review for a company
After finishing a job on Road Ninja, you can rate the company to help other drivers know what to expect.
Go to the My Jobs tab.
Tap the completed jobs link (top right) to open Completed Jobs.
Select the relevant job.
Tap Rate & Review.
Select a star rating, write a brief comment, and tap Submit.
Leaving feedback helps other drivers know what to expect from different companies. It also builds a stronger, more transparent platform for everyone.
How to request a review (reference)
If you are new to Road Ninja or want to showcase previous experience, you can invite past employers to review you, even if the work wasn't booked through the app.
To request a review:
Open the app and go to Profile.
Go to "Job experience"
Click on the "+" symbol to add work history
Toggle the option "Use this job as a reference".
Enter your referee's contact details.
The system will send them a direct link to rate you. Once submitted, it appears on your profile just like a standard review, though the referee's name and contact remains private.
Viewing your ratings
You can check your reputation at any time:
To see your overall score: Go to Profile and tap the Star Icon located under your name and photo. This displays every rating and comment you have received.
To see reviews for specific jobs: Go to My Jobs > Completed Jobs and scroll through your history.
