Why you’ve received a driver review request
You’ve been sent a review request by a driver who worked for your company, either recently or in the past.
They’re using the Road Ninja platform to build their professional profile so that other transport companies can make informed hiring decisions based on real feedback from people like you.
You’ll have received an email from us with a direct link to leave your feedback. If you received a text message, that was just a reminder — the actual link to submit your review will always be in the email.
This isn’t a formal reference check. It’s simply a chance to share your honest experience with the driver in a few words and clicks.
What we’ll ask you to provide
We’ll ask for two things:
Give a star rating (out of five) based on your experience working with the driver
An optional comment, such as whether they were reliable, professional, easy to work with, or strong in their role
That’s it.
The whole thing takes under a minute.
Once submitted, your feedback will appear on the driver’s Road Ninja profile, visible to transport companies using the platform.
Your name won’t be shown publicly.

What happens after you leave a review
Your name won’t be shown on the drivers profile
You won’t get spammed. You won’t be contacted by Road Ninja unless you ask to learn more
Your review will only be seen by transport companies using Road Ninja when they’re considering the driver for a job
