Drivers and companies have the ability to rate and review each other for transportation services that they've exchanged via Road Ninja.

Your rating and reviews are displayed to drivers upon the driver receiving a job request to help them make an informed decision about the services they're considering.

To promote a fair and trustworthy review system, it's not possible to delete or change reviews and ratings on your company profile, so making sure you deliver a high standard of transportation services that encourage positive reviews will ensure that you are presented favourably to drivers.

In short; provide good service, get good reviews and get more drivers accepting job requests 🙌🏻

To find all of the ratings and reviews left for your company by drivers you've worked with on the Road Ninja platform, head to the 'Company profile' tab in your Road Ninja account and tap on 'Reviews'.

You can view your reviews in your Road Ninja profile at any time:

To leave a rating and review for a driver, head to the 'Jobs' tab in your Road Ninja profile, and select 'Past'. Next, select the job that you would like to leave a rating and review for:

Next, tap on 'Rate driver':

Finally, leave a star rating out of 5 and write a brief review of your experience working with the driver. Once you're happy, click on 'Save review' to submit your feedback - and that's it 🎉
