Your "Driving Regions" setting determines which job invitations you receive. To ensure you are matched with the right work, you should update this setting whenever you move house, or want to expand your availability to new areas.
How to update your regions
Open the Road Ninja app and tap Profile.
Select Experience.
Scroll down to the Driving Regions section.
Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner of the block.
You can select specific regions individually, or use the option to Select All for the North or South Island.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Save.
Why your region selection matters
Companies search for drivers based on location, using a combination of specific postcodes and broader regions.
If your region settings are too narrow, you may miss out on job invitations. By keeping this list comprehensive, you maximise your visibility to operators searching for drivers in your area.
