This guide will walk you through the process of completing your job and submitting your work details to the hiring company,
Completing Your Job
Open Road Ninja: Start by opening the Road Ninja app on your phone.
Access live job: Tap the 'Live Job' tab located at the bottom of the screen to view your active jobs.
View your job: Locate the 'View' button next to your recently completed job and tap it to open the job details.
Complete the job: Tap 'Complete Job'. A confirmation message will appear. Select 'Yes' to finalise the job and stop the job timer. If you wish to review your job again, select 'No'.
Submitting Your Job
Once your job is completed, the next step is to submit your job details to the hiring company for payment.
Adjust Start & Finish Times:
Click on the start time. You'll be prompted to enter the job date, followed by the start time.
Repeat the process for the finish time.
Select Time to Be Charged: You can choose to charge the company for the actual time worked or the booked time.
Add log book photo: Tap 'Add Photo' to either take a new photo of your logbook or upload an existing one from your phone gallery.
Include comments or feedback: If you need to add any comments or feedback about the job, use the 'Add Comments or Feedback' option.
Submit Your Job: After reviewing your details, tap 'Submit'. This will send your job details to the hiring company for processing.
