Your checklist before transferring your mobile number to Rocket Mobile
If you’re leaving us, we’ll be sorry to see you go, but you’re of course able to take your number with you to your new mobile provider.
If your request to transfer your number away from Rocket Mobile (‘port out’) fails, your new provider will need to let you know there was an error. Get in touch so we can let you know why the request failed, and have your new provider resubmit the transfer request.
