Create a Space

  • Click Spaces (top left) → New Space

  • Name it and add a short description

Add People and Set Access

  • Invite members who should work in the Space

Add Agents and Flows

  • Bring in existing agents/flows or create new ones inside the Space

  • Configure prompts and settings to match the Space’s objectives

Connect Knowledge

  • Add the links and documents your agents/flows will reference

  • Keep sources curated to strengthen answer quality

Operate and Improve

  • Run, monitor, and iterate

  • Use Space‑level structure to maintain reliability and clarity

Tips for Effective Spaces

  • Start focused: keep scope tight for faster reliability improvements

  • Name clearly: use a naming convention for Spaces, agents, and flows

  • Permission with intent: share only what’s needed; keep sensitive items private

  • Centralize sources: add the exact docs/URLs agents need; prune stale content

  • Iterate together: use your Space as the hub for feedback and tuning
