You can find the vendor and PO information page at Project > Vendors And POs or go to the page directly with https://app.rollcredits.io/project/vendors.

Vendors

On the vendors page, you'll see a list of all vendors that have at least one invoice on file for your currently selected production. Each of them will have a column for a W9 and another for the editing the vendor

If you have a W9 on file, you can click "View W9" to see it. If not, you can click "Request W9" to send a email requesting that the vendor upload their W9 to RollCredits.

You can also export all of the W9s you have on file by clicking on the "Export all W9s" button

Purchase Orders

On the purchase order page, you can see all of the POs you've created for your current production. You can see the the actual vs estimated amounts for each, and if they have been completed

If you want to make a new PO, you can click the Create New PO button and attach any transactions you wish from the transactions table

For any purchase order in the table, you can also go the View/Edit PO to see and edit the advanced details

You can also export every PO in the system by clicking Export all POs

Creating New Purchase Orders

Alongside creating new purchase orders on the purchase order page, you can also create a new one whenever you have the option to select a purchase order. For example, if you're uploading receipt you can create and assign to a new purchase order

Assign To Purchase Order

In the transactions page, you can assign transactions to any existing purchase order by directly assigning it in the table

or by selecting the purchase order when editing the transaction

PO Details Page

Topsheet

In the topsheet tab, you can see a summary of all information that will be shown in your exported PO topsheet. This includes your company information, production information, and the vendor's company information as it will appear on the document. You can also mark the PO as either a rental or purchase and add any notes.

Purchase Order Details

In the details tab, you can see a summary of all of the documents you've associated with the purchase order. You can also export this specific purchase order clicking the Export PO button

If you want to change the vendor the PO is filed under, you can change it here

You can also open or close the PO. Closing the PO will prevent any documents from being assigned or unassigned and use the actual amount instead of the estimated amount on the budget page

Supporting Documents

Here you can add any additional documents for a purchase order. This is typically things like insurance agreements, rental contracts, or any other additional documents you want to stored alongside this purchase order. This doesn't include W9s, which have a dedicated spot in Vendor Details.
