At Rootabl, we believe managing your subscription should be simple and hassle-free. Whether you need to update your payment method, review past invoices, or cancel your subscription, we’ve made the process straightforward through Stripe, our billing provider.
Accessing Your Billing Settings
You can access all your billing-related options directly from your Rootabl account. Here's how:
Navigate to your Business Settings in the Rootabl dashboard.
Click the Billing button.
From here you can:
Change your plan.
Cancel your plan.
Quickly see your past invoices to download
Or you can click on "Stripe Billing Portal" to log into your account to see more detailed information about your account.
Updating Payment Methods or Invoices
Need to change your card on file or download invoices? The Stripe portal makes it easy:
Use the secure link to log in to Stripe with the email address you used to purchase Rootabl.
Once logged in, you can manage your payment details or view your billing history.
Canceling Your Subscription
We understand that things change, and we’ve made canceling your Rootabl subscription as seamless as possible.
Go to your Billing settings and click the link to manage your subscription in Stripe.
Once in Stripe, follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Important:
If you’ve run campaigns and have affiliates who need to be paid, commissions will be withdrawn before the end of your cancellation, the end of the subscription. This ensures all your affiliates are paid fairly and promptly.
All commissions generated up until their cancel date will be processed by Rootabl.
No future commissions will attribute.
Business won't be able to access their data, but affiliates will still see their leads/sales.
If you want an earlier cancellation date, please let us know and we can withdrawal all earned commissions owed to affiliates within 24 hours to keep everything accurate, tax-compliant, and securely tracked, Rootabl handles all commission payouts directly to pay out their income.
