Here are a few things to try:
1) Restart your device
Restart your phone, then tap the "Reload" icon on top of the "Today" tab.
2) Reconnect "Screen Time" access
Open "Settings > Screen Time"
Navigate to "Apps With Screen Time Access"
Toggle "Roots" OFF
If Roots is listed twice, remove access from both
Go back to Roots and tap "Continue" to grant Roots "ScreenTime" access again
Note: Reconnecting may result in the loss of historical screen time data within the app
