If you're looking to fully reset everything — including what might be Screen Time data — it’s worth noting that we don’t have control over that part, since all "Screen Time" data comes directly from Apple.
Your best bet would be to log out of the Roots app, uninstall it, then reinstall and log back in. After that, make sure to re-enable "Screen Time" permissions for Roots when prompted. This will give you the cleanest possible start.

Open the Roots app
Tap Profile
Tap Account Settings (at the top of the screen)
Under Help & Support, tap Help Center
Scroll to the bottom and tap Contact Us
NOTE: To help us locate your account quickly, please include the email address associated with your Roots profile in your message.
You can find your Roots email by going to: "Roots App > Profile > Account Settings (top of screen) > Your Name > Account Details > Email"
Important: If your Roots email is a private relay email (like the ones ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com
), please also include an alternate email address where we can reach you directly.
