Great question! Your Roots subscription works across all your iOS devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
One subscription, multiple devices
When you purchase Roots Premium (monthly or annual), you can use it on:
Your iPhone
Your iPad
Any other iOS device using the same Apple ID
There's no limit to the number of devices - as long as they're all signed in with the same Apple ID, your subscription covers them all.

How to set up Roots on additional devices
Step 1: Install Roots on your other device
Download Roots from the App Store on your iPad or other iPhone
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription
Step 2: Restore your subscription
Open Roots on the new device
When you see the paywall or subscription page, tap "Restore Subscription"
Your Premium access will activate instantly - no second subscription needed!
You can also restore your subscription anytime by going to: Roots > Profile > Account Settings (top of the screen) > Your Name > Tap "Restore Subscription" (under "Subscription")

Important setup notes for multiple devices
Due to Apple's Screen Time limitations, you'll need to:

Turn off "Share Across Devices" on ALL your iOS devices
Open "Settings > Screen Time" on each device
Make sure "Share Across Devices" is turned "OFF"
This ensures accurate tracking and blocking on each device
Set up blocking separately on each device
Due to Apple restrictions, blocks created on your iPhone won't automatically transfer to your iPad
You'll need to create your blocks individually on each device
Your subscription status and premium features will work across all devices, but blocks need to be configured separately
What about Mac?
Mac compatibility is not yet available, but we're actively working on it. Stay tuned!
