Why can't I see the "Unblock" button?

First off, we know this can be frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.


We've heard a few reports of this on "Time Limit" blocks, and it appears to be related to a bug in older versions of iOS.​

Here's how to fix it:

Lower your time limit by 1 minute - this simple adjustment often makes the "Unblock" button reappear:

  • Go to Roots > Blocking

  • Tap the pencil icon on your "Time Limit" block

  • Reduce the time limit by 1 minute (for example, if it's set to 60 minutes, change it to 59 minutes)

  • Tap "Done"

  • Check if the "Unblock" button now appears
