Making Changes to Your Subscription
If you require adjusting anything related to your subscription, whether it is to cancel your renewal, update your payment information, or make an upgrade you can do so from your account page.
Please note, that canceling your subscription will only cancel the renewal of it. It does not cause an immediate cancelation, nor does it initiate a refund. Any requests for a refund of your subscription must be directed to support@rotowire.com.

Issues Locating Your Subscription

Multiple things could be the issue here.
Firstly, your renewal may have failed. If the card on file has expired or needed replacing, your subscription renewal would likely not have gone through, forcing a cancelation. In that case, you will need to resubscribe to continue accessing your RotoWire subscription content, which you can do from our subscription page.
Secondly, you may have made multiple RotoWire accounts and be accessing the wrong one. It's not uncommon, especially for longtime or seasonal users of RotoWire to create a new account when they already have one. Sometime after creating a new account and subscribing, you may have ended up getting logged out of the site, and then logging back into a different account.
