Sound
To use return audio, you must give RFH Auction permission to use your microphone.
If you haven’t done this yet, you’ll see the following message;
To grant permission, click on the icon to the left of the URL. We’ll explain how to configure these settings in the ‘Google Chrome’ web browser.
Google Chrome is the recommended web browser for RFH Auction.
Move the slider next to Microphone to the right (on);
Your microphone will then be available for use when the auctioneer establishes a ‘buyer audio’ connection with you.

Profiles
In the Account menu, under the heading ‘Profiles’, you can see which Profiles (KOA identifiers) are available to you. If there is only one, it is selected by default. If you work with multiple KOA identifiers (workstations) in KOA, these will be listed and the most recently used one will be selected.
Presets (buyer cards)
In the Account menu, you can also see at the bottom which Presets (buyer cards) are available for the selected profile. If there is only one, it is selected automatically and you will see the name of the buyer organisation associated with the preset, below your buyer name.
If you have multiple buyer cards for the selected profile, these will be displayed here and any default buyer card that has been set will be selected.
A blocked buyer card is shown in light grey; you cannot make purchases using this.
