Can I return the certificate?
Unfortunately, no. According to our Terms of Use, gift certificates are non-refundable.
Can I exchange the certificate for money?
No, you can't. The gift certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
The certificate can only be used on the Clearly platform to pay for sessions with any specialist.
What is the expiration date of the certificate?
The promo code in the certificate is valid for six months. After the expiration date, the promo code becomes inactive. Therefore, make sure you apply it before the expiration date. Meanwhile, your Clearly balance, to which you receive money from the use of the promo code, has no expiration date and you can use it at any time.
How to redeem the certificate?
After purchasing the certificate, a promo code will be generated for you, which will be indicated on the certificate. You need to apply it when paying for the services of a specialist or add it to the Promo Codes section in your profile. Thus, the funds will be added to the balance and you will be able to book sessions using them.
You can check your balance in your profile. If the balance is less than the cost of the session you want to book, the funds will be applied as a discount to the payment for this session.
Can I use the balance from the certificate together with other promo codes?
Unfortunately, no. You cannot use the balance and the promo code at the same time. If you apply a promo code, it will be used first, and the next payment will be offset by the Clearly balance.
Therefore, if you want to use another discount promo code, you should add it after the balance is fully used.
If you have already added a promo code but want to use your Clearly balance, please contact the support team and we will deactivate your promo code.
Do I have to use my balance with one specialist or can I change therapists?
You can use the money received on your Clearly balance to pay for sessions with different therapists.
