What is the balance and how to use it?

Balance is an additional virtual way to save money for later and pay for services on our platform.

Can I add balance myself?

Currently, you cannot add balance yourself if it is 0 or greater than 0. If your balance is below 0, it will be replenished automatically at the next payment through the platform.

How can I have money on the balance?

If you want to cancel the paid session and get back to us later, we can add this money to your balance. Please contact our support managers in chat for more details using I am a client - Cancel/reschedule the session option.

Please note that you can get a refund or add money to the balance only if you cancel the session 24 hours before it. If you cancel your session later, we will not be able to refund money according our Terms and Conditions.

How to use the balance?

Your balance will always be automatically applied when purchasing sessions. If your balance is not enough to cover the entire cost of the session, you will pay the difference.

For example, you have $50 on your balance. You want to buy a session with a specialist for $65. You will only need to pay the difference of $15.

Can my balance expire?

No, your balance is valid for an unlimited period of time.

Can I refund funds from my balance?

No, you can't. Funds credited to the balance are non-refundable and can only be used to pay for services on our platform.
