Quickly but simply close online bookings, even if just temporarily, for the current day without losing your ability to manage arriving guests.

Note: this simple method to pause bookings is only for same day bookings. To block online bookings for future dates, view THIS article.

1. Log into admin.rsvp-popup.com and select the Restaurant FOH from the navigation menu.

2. Select the desired restaurant.

3. At the top right above the bookings panel, you will find three icons - a magnifying glass, a "pause" symbol, and a bell. To prevent customers from booking online, click on the middle symbol.

4. A pop-up box will ask you to confirm that you want to pause bookings. Select Yes.

5. The 'pause' icon will now become a 'play' icon. To resume bookings for the day, click on the 'play' icon.

6. A pop-up box will ask you to confirm that you want to resume bookings. Select Yes.
