Guestbook Visibility Settings

Updated over 2 months ago

Visibility Settings allow you to control when guests see specific content in your digital guestbooks. You can schedule a time to display Home Guides and Extras content based on Check-In and Check-Out dates.

How Visibility Settings Work

You can define two main settings:

  1. Visible After – Content appears a certain number of days before or after Check-In/Check-Out.

  2. Visible Until – Content disappears after a set number of days or at a specific time.

You can set one or both settings.

Using Visibility Settings

Step 1: Enable Visibility Settings

  • Edit a block in the Master Home Guide or a product on the Extras Guide.

  • Scroll down to the Visibility Section.

  • Use the toggle switch to enable “Visible After” or “Visible Until”.

Step 2: Choose Timing

  • Days: Select how many days before or after Check-In/Check-Out the content should appear.

  • Before/After: Set if the rule applies before or after Check-In or Check-Out.

  • Time: Choose a specific time when the content should become visible.

Step 3: Save and Apply

  • Once you set the visibility settings, save your changes.

  • The system will automatically control when guests see the content.

Example of Use

Show Address and Door Code from 3:00 PM on Check-In day to 10:15 AM on Check-Out day.
