If a new customer arrives at your facility and wants to make a booking on the spot, staff can follow these steps to create a customer and their booking in Admin:

πŸ‘€ Step 1: Add the Customer to Your Database

  1. In Admin, navigate to the Customers page

  2. Click + Add Customer and enter their details.

  3. Save the profile to ensure they are saved to your database.

πŸ’³ Step 2: Add their Payment Details

  1. In their profile, select the Billing tab

  2. In the Default Card section, click the Add Card button, and enter their payment information

  3. Click Save

πŸ“… Step 2: Create a Booking on the Calendar

  1. Go to the Calendar page.

  2. Click the +New Booking button

  3. Fill out the Add Booking form for the booking - Service type, date, time, and room.

  4. Click Save

βœ… Step 3: Add the Customer to the Booking and Process Payment

  1. In the booking window, type the participant's name in the Customer field

  2. Select their profile when it appears and a new modal will appear

  3. Under the Bookings panel, select the Add All button or click the Add (+) icon next to each session you're adding the participant to

  4. Under the Receipt section, the price of each session will populate. You can click on the price and adjust the price as needed.

  5. Click the Checkout button

  6. Choose the Payment Method (Credit Card, Cash, etc.).

  7. Click the Pay & Apply Changes button to confirm the payment and to finalize the booking

That's it β€” the session is booked and the customer is now in your system for future visits!

Let the customer know they can book on their own anytime by visiting your facility's booking page, signing into their account with their email address, and selecting the service they'd like and complete the booking process.
