How to activate self-acceptance?

  1. On the Order Manager application, go to the grey circle at top right.

  2. Press "Settings".

  3. Press "Settings" again.

  4. Activate or deactivate auto-acceptance.

    We advise you to always have auto-acceptance enabled, in relation to the platforms' algorithm, to avoid having orders rejected/refused.
