You can access your currently booked shifts by tapping Booked Jobs from the bottom icons.

If you would like to cancel a shift, you can use the in-app button under your booking. Or if that isn't available, please reach out to our support team through the app.

Sometimes, cancelling a shift too late can lead to negative performance points. For information on performance points, please see here.
