All shifts worked with Ryde must be booked through the Ryde app. There are no exceptions to this rule.

If you are working with a client and they wish you to work with them again, they can set you as a favourite rider and you will receive early access to these shifts.

They should never claim you can return for more work and will be paid through Ryde unless you have the job booked in the Ryde app. You are only paid by Ryde for shifts and jobs booked through the Ryde app.

Additionally, you must not visit client hubs or sites unless you are booked on to a shift through the Ryde app.

Also, please do not bring anyone with you who is not booked on to a job or shift through the Ryde app. More on this can be found here.
